Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. -never a PO Box) or to the CHEMISTRY store of your choice within India
Can the delivery country be different from India?
No, at present we deliver shipments only in India. Coming Soon…… International Shipments
How long will my order take to arrive?
Normal shipping within India will take approximately 7-10 days depending on what state and/or territory you live in. Express shipping will take approximately 2-3 days.
The tracking number will be sent to you on your registered email id .
How much do I pay for delivery service?
For all domestic purchases of INR 2500 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable to all orders under INR 2500.
Can I track my order?
What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number(with a link to the courier's web page).
What is the store delivery process?
If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you an email when your order has arrived (you will have 15 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the Identification Document of the person who collects the parcel.
We will accept returns/exchanges (excluding final sale items/promotional items which cannot be exchanged or return) which are unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached (and not damaged) along with the corresponding receipt. Where provided belts and additional add-on should be included with your return.
Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.
Return or Exchanges of Swim wear and Accessories shall not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect and subject to return policy condition being met.
Item(s) returned without an RA and without the completed return/exchange claim form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7 day’s time frame outlined below will not be accepted.

Refund shall be provided only in form of store credit/credit voucher. Under no circumstances cash or credit card refund will be given.
How To Complete Your Return OR Exchange?
Request an RA (Return/Exchange Authorization) number within 7 days of delivery. You can email your request to email@example.com and we will send your RA once your return/exchange request has been authorized.
On the return/exchange form (which is enclosed with all orders), check off the item(s) being returned/exchanged and fill in the corresponding RA number(s). Enclose this form with your return/exchange item(s) and write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package. Please return the item(s) within 14 days from the date your RA was issued.
Please ship your return package via nationalised courier company. Please email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org . Seal your package and return to the address below:

In case of exchange/ replacement of the product will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement item tracking number when your exchange has shipped. An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase. We will process a store credit / credit voucher for the item in question in the event the replacement item is sold out.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in form of store credit/credit voucher within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. Please note, exchange on exchanged item(s) will not be provided. How long do I have to return an item?
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from CHEMISTRY. You can return subject to our Return Policy as mentioned above within 7 days of issue of RA number for a full refund in form of store credit / credit voucher of the item purchased. This does not include items purchased on sale/promotions which cannot be returned / exchanged.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received has a manufacturing defect or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be reimbursed by Chemistry in form of store credit /credit voucher. Please contact our customer care executive at +91 22-40329300 (10.00am-6.00pm) 5 days a week from Monday to Friday if you need any assistance. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered postal services as all return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Chemistry.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the store credit or credit voucher into your registered email account.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (subject to Return policy condition being met) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund in the form of store credit /credit voucher have been processed and credited. The refund will take 7-10 working days.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

CHEMISTRY reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were sent by CHEMISTRY.
